The reception team greeted everyone with a warm welcome. Mr Imran, the front desk supervisor, was especially helpful and kind. Ms. Sandi always had a beautiful smile.
The parking area can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours.

The hotel includes a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded area. These amenities ensured guests had options for relaxation and exercise.

The staff was consistently friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, everything was provided. I particularly appreciated the meticulous tidying of my room.

The room design was very nice and comfortable. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was meticulously cleaned each day. It contributed to a restful experience.

My room had a noticeable musty odour. It seemed to originate from the air conditioning system. I reported this issue but it remained unresolved .

the room was clean. the facilities were well maintained and everything worked perfectly (i had no issues at all). the complimentary food was delicious and nicely presented.
The pillows were quite firm. Softer options would be beneficial.

The airport shuttle service was efficient (it cost 100 QAR each way). The driver helped with luggage. The room I booked was clean. I appreciated the city tour arranged by the hotel. It was customized to my interests. Arhaan drove me around the Souq and provided very helpful information. The breakfast had sufficient variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is a bit far from the metro station.
